Who we are and what we do

Unique Umbrella Model

Framework Solutions Ltd is a private company in the training business.

In the industry jargon, we're a PTE – a private training enterprise. But our business model is different from other PTEs. Instead of providing training to students directly, we work with a range of other PTEs and organisations – we call these our Associates.

Trainers and organisations providing training that do not have New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) registration or accreditation can become Associates of Framework Solutions Ltd. By using Framework Solutions Ltd's umbrella of registration and accreditation, plus our quality management system and appropriately trained and registered assessors, our Associates can ensure their trainees' achievements are nationally recognised with NQF credit.

If your company becomes one of Framework Solutions Ltd' Ltd Associates, we'll help make sure that the courses you offer comply with all relevant standards. As an Associate, your company will retain your own name and identity; and our backup leaves you free to do what you do best – training.

Since our establishment in 1998 we have worked with over 30 small PTEs and training organisations in this way.

Framework Solutions Ltd Accreditation Scope

Framework Solutions Ltd current NZQA accreditation scope includes 21 sub-field accreditations, 27 domain accreditations, 114 individual unit standard accreditations and 2 course accreditations. Over 2,000 unit standards in total. We are also, by arrangement, able to apply to NZQA to extend this scope for Associates' courses which are outside it.
